The Ilford Multigrade ART 300 is a special paper where the emulsion has been cast onto a 300 gsm cotton paper, resulting in a beautifully textured paper surface.
This makes it exceptionally suitable for hand-coloring, for example with our Diaphoto albumen glazing paints.
The image tone is neutral to slightly warm, with a cool image white at the same time.
Processing is similar to a baryta paper, but the washing time should be slightly shortened (30 - maximum 45 minutes).
