To make getting started even easier, the Smart Enlarger 35 does not use a special enlarging lens; instead, you can enlarge your negatives with your own camera lens!
The maximum usable image size for prints is approximately 18x24cm.
When ordering, select the lens adapter that is suitable for your camera system.

For color and black and white
The modern LED light source can be used for both multigrade black and white papers (with multigrade or automatically calculated split-grade exposure) and RA-4 color enlargements (optionally with RGB or YMC control).
Lens compatibility
With the Smart Enlarger 35, you use the lens of your 35mm camera and do not need a special lens.
The mechanics of the Smart Enlarger 35 are designed to ensure this works flawlessly. Additionally, each Smart Enlarger 35 comes with a special macro ring to reduce the minimum focusing distance of your lens.
In principle, you can use all focal lengths of your camera system with the Smart Enlarger 35. We typically use a 50mm lens.

APP control
The Smartlab enlargers are controlled via a dedicated app (iOS and Android) for your smartphone.
This app is designed to work seamlessly with your Smart Enlarger, simplifying and improving your workflow. It offers you greater precision, flexibility, and convenience when creating enlargements than ever before.
Settings such as exposure time and gradation can be adjusted using the SmartLab35 app. You can also start the exposure, adjust the focus, or activate the red light for setting the parameters using the app.
The connection between the smartphone and the magnifier is established via Bluetooth.

The Smart Enlarger 35 is powered via USB-C with Power Delivery and is therefore compatible with classic iPhone chargers or power banks.
